Steven A. Wagner

Steven has been practicing law since receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami Law School and being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989. Prior to becoming an attorney he received a Bachelor’s degree in Music from SUNY @ Cortland and a Master’s degree in Education from Syracuse University. Steven maintains a general civil litigation law practice and concentrates in the area of Community Associations, Real Property, Probate and Trust law. Steven resides and works in Deerfield Beach, is a member of the Deerfield Beach Rotary as well as the Broward Attorneys Real Estate Council and is the current President of his Home Owners Association. In addition to his legal practice Steven is also a special magistrate for the Broward County Value Adjustment Board where he hears cases regarding the denial of exemptions by the Property Appraiser’s office.
